Matthew Sayer
Texo Construction Ltd established in 2015 by its Director Matthew Sayer who served his apprenticeship learning the aspects of restoration and refurbishments, he later went on to work and develop his skills on numerous sites incorporating management proficiency within the London area which has led to a natural progression to set up his own Construction company.
The skills learnt from working on historic buildings to new build and refurbishments either in the domestic or commercial sectors has allowed Matthew to develop a fair and flexible approach to the various facets of the industry.
Texo prides itself on applying a professional approach to all projects from the domestic simple installations to the larger residential and commercial projects.
Texo’s approach to listen to their client’s needs has led to steady growth with repeat business in a short space of time.

Dermot Forkan
Dermot Forkan has joined Texo Construction Ltd as Senior Quantity Surveyor and brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry to the company.
Dermot has worked in Ireland and in the UK on large residential and commercial developments. Having completed a degree in construction economics in Dublin he headed up the Family construction company in Ireland until 2009.
An inspired move to the UK in 2012 has allowed Dermot to build strong relationships with Architects, Engineers and Quantity Surveyors in London and surrounding counties.
Dermot has worked as a freelance Quantity Surveyor for a number of construction companies over the past 4 years which has led to close relationships being built with repeat business.
